Apple Is Set To Manufacturer iPhone 12 In India starting in mid 2021

According to a source, in the middle of next year, Apple plans to start manufacturing the iPhone 12 locally in India. Apple’s latest iPhone models have been already manufactured in the region. Those include the iPhone 11, iPhone XR and older iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 versions. In May 2017 Wistron started manufacturing the country’s iPhone models.

According to the recognized leaker Jon Prosser, the launch of the Apple iPhone 12 is scheduled to take place on October 12, 2021, while pre-order is scheduled to take place later that week. Prosser says that “on 12 October the iPhone 12 will be released and the shipments begin on 19 October. Whereas in November anywhere the iPhone 12 Pro devices will be available”, the exact dates are not specified.

Not just the iPhone 12, but Prosser has announced that “the Apple Watch Series 6 and the Apple iPad would be unveiled on September 7. No special launch activities for the iPad and Apple Watch will take place, the announcement will be revealed in the press”. The leaker reported that he never got any incorrect device updates and that he never posted the Apple product list which was released in his leaked dates. According to Prosser, iPad Pro, iPhone SE, MacBook Pro, and iMac all got their dates right.

Both iPhones released this year will help 5G networks according to Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. This notes that both of these iPhones should support mmWave 5G. He added that the mass manufacturing of the 6.7-inch iPhone could be postponed until October, as a result of which the actual availability could be affected, from the normal timeline of September. It’s claimed that the iPhone 12 series is going to have a big styling redesign and appear identical to the iPhone 4 model. It is claimed that the iPhone 12 would have bigger camera lenses, thicker antenna plates, and a lightning connector. The notch will be 1/3 lower than the iPhone 11 notch which will appear to include both of the FaceID elements.
