Bulli Bai App creator Niraj Bishnoi the second year B.Tech student is arrested by The Intelligence Fusion and Strategic Operations (IFSO) unit of Delhi Police. Niraj Bishnoi is the inventor of controversial app ‘Bulli Bai’.
This app is created on Microsoft worn free platform Github. Github is free platform for crate and share Application. Niraj Bishnoi uses this platform for illegal activity. ‘Bulli Bai’ is about enabled people to participate in online “auction” of Muslim woman. DCP (IFSO) KPS Malhotra said. The 21 year old Niraj Bishnoi is admitted Bhupal, Vellore Institute of Technology in computer science. Niraj Bishnoi is from Assam.
Niraj Bishnoi has original Twitter account where he uploaded this app details. However this account already delete by Twitter and this news confirm by Union IT minister Ashwini Vaishnaw. Github also delete this App and bock users who using this app.
After Bishnoi the main victim arrested the case has been completely solved: said Malothra. Delhi police field FIR against Victim with IPC section 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) and 354A (sexual harassment and punishment for harassment).
