Kellyanne Conway is Leaving White House Job to Focus on Family

Kellyanne Conway, a senior White House adviser, has announced that she will step down at the end of the month.

Conway, whose official title is an adviser to the president, is known for his frequent appearances on cable television to defend the administration’s policies. She is one of President Trump’s longtime aides.

In a statement on Sunday, she mentioned i need to “spend more time with my family.” she said  “This is completely my choice and my voice,” “In time, I will announce future plans. For now, and for my beloved children.”

“I will be relocating from the White House later this month,” she said.

Conway’s husband, conservative lawyer George T. Conway III, has become a fierce critic of the president and often puts his wife in an awkward position. He announced on Twitter on Sunday that he is stepping down from the Lincoln Project, a team of Republicans dedicated to defeating Trump in November that helped find out. He said he was also taking a “Twitter break”.

The news of Conway’s impending departure from the White House was announced over the weekend after a tweet from her 15-year-old daughter, Claudia, that she was “officially pushing for emancipation.”

She then went on to say in a series of tweets that his mother’s job had “ruined my life” and that she and her father did not agree on “politically” at all, “politically,” when it came to our present. ”

On Sunday, the teenager made it clear in a tweet that her desire was not her mother’s job, adding about the years of childhood trauma and abuse: “It’s getting too much so I’m taking a mental health break from social media.” See you soon See Thank you for your love and support. Conway is one of Trump’s last campaign workers. She was the first woman to lead any winning presidential camp, leading Trump’s efforts in recent months. Recently, she attended all the briefings of the Coronavirus Task Force and encouraged Mr. Trump to resume his daily press conferences.

Her time at the White House was without controversy. Conway coined the term “alternative information” in an interview with NBC’s Meet the Press two days after the inauguration. She was also cited more than once by government officials for violating the law against political activity, and the government investigating the activity recommended that he be fired in 2019.
