    MiG-21 accident: Two IAF Pilots Killed in Rajastan

    Very sad news came from Indian Air force. Yesterday two Air force pilot ware killed after crash MIG-21 air craft. The two sitter MIG-21 air craft is crash near Barmer in Rajastan. According to IAF official this accident is took place around 9pm during a training sortie.   The air craft was on a sortie from Utarlai air base.

    According to IAF official “Around 9:10 pm, the aircraft met with an accident near Barmer. Both pilots sustained fatal injuries. The IAF deeply regrets the loss of lives and stands firmly with the bereaved families,”

    Difance Minister Rajnath sing said about this incident “Deeply anguished by the loss of two Air Warriors due to an accident of IAF’s MiG-21 trainer aircraft near Barmer in Rajasthan. Their service to the nation will never be forgotten. My thoughts are with the bereaved families in this hour of sadness,”

    The IAF already pass order for find real cause of accident. The IAF not released the name of the killed pilot. The MIG-21 was first introduced in 1960 and since today around 200 accident take place. Indian army using MIG-21 from long period.

    Minister of State for Defense Ajay Bhat said in Rajya sabha in March that around 42 defiance personal died for air craft accident, and total 45 accident tack place and out of which 29 involved IAF since last five year.
