Education cannot be stopped. The Supreme Court had rejected the application to pause the NEET exam in the Corona pandemic. After that, the Education Ministry of the country said that NEET will be in September. But in this corona pandemic, if the NEET test will continue, health security could be in danger, so the oppositions have come from all quarters.
But Education Minister of the country Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank impossed all the responsibility on the candidates and their perents. According to him, parents of the examinees kept asking why the center was not allowing JEE, NEET exams. The students were also worried about that whether they would be able to continue their studies at all.
He said, “Out of 8.58 lakh JEE candidates, 7.25 lakh have downloaded the admit cards. They will give the exams. The government is with the students. But first see the security and then the education.”
But in this corona situation, if the NEET test is taken, wouldn’t the examinees infected? Or how will the examinees reach to the far test center as the railway service isn’t running? The question remains. On the other hand, Rahul Gandhi, Mamata Banerjee, the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, and many others opposed the decision to take the test.
A virtual meeting will be held at 2.30 pm today in opposition to NEET with the chief ministers of other states. Sonia and Mamata will be present there. Greta Thunberg tweeted yesterday in support of the protest against the test. Sonu Sood also questioned not to take the test.
