Russia Seeks Partnership With India to Produce Corona-vaccine

NEW DELHI: To prevent the infection of the Corona virus, the world is deeply working for the coronavirus vaccine. Russia claims that they have already created the world’s first Corona-vaccine. But there is a debate surrounding their claim. However, Russia wants to develop a partnership with India to produce its Corona-vaccine Sputnik V. Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), said this.

After announcing the world’s first corona vaccine, Russian president Vladimir Putin claimed that the vaccine is effective enough and could develop a strong antibody against Corona virus.

Sputnik V is created by The Gamalia Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology in collaboration with RDIF. Before the third phase of the vaccine or the larger clinical trial is completed, the vaccine is announced.

In a press conference, Kirill Dmitriev said that Latin America, Asia, and many countries in the Middle East have shown interest in producing vaccines.  He says that “The production of COVID-vaccine is an important issue. We are looking forward to working on this in a joint venture with India. We have the power to produce Gamalia’s vaccine and these partnerships will help meet the demand we have. He also said “we are going to do clinical trials not only in Russia, but in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and perhaps Brazil and India. We are planning to produce the vaccine in more than five countries. There is a huge demand from Asia, Latin America, Italy, and other countries around the world for the supply of COVID-vaccines.”

Director of Gamalia Alexander Gintsberg said “More than 20,000 people participated in the vaccination test”.
