Samsung Galaxy A3 Core Launched: Price, Specifications

This phone has been released as a successor to the Samsung Galaxy A2 core. As always, the aim is to provide better features at a lower price and make it more affordable for everyone concerned. It is priced at Rs 7,599/- in India and allows for many features at such a low price. It is equipped with 1GB RAM, 16GB storage, and a 5 MP front camera with an 8 MP rear camera. It has dual SIM support and can also record Full HD videos. The storage is expandable to up to 512GB.

It has a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor. This is an improvement over its predecessor, which supported a 2600 mAh battery, along with a 5MP front and rear camera. However, both do not allow for quick charging. It can be seen that its features are not much to boast of compared to the smartphones available in the market today. However, the device has been made with the sole purpose of being an entry-level device, thereby justifying its features at the aforementioned price.

The 1 GB RAM suggests that the phone may not be a good idea for those who want a phone for hardcore gaming or any other intensive high performing tasks. The phone supports a 3,000 mAh battery, so it does not boast of great battery life. However, it is said that the device is equipped with the Android Go edition and runs on certain pre-installed Google Go applications which are well equipped to run on the lower Ram and the lower battery life.

This will ensure that there are no screen lags and that the system runs smoothly. The phone is available in the colors – Blue, Red, and Black. This means that Samsung has taken into account the visual attraction customers need before deciding to buy a particular product. This is more of a phone for those who use the phone for all the basic tasks like calling, messaging, photos, etc.

As mentioned, while the phone will allow for the smooth running of basic applications due to the Google Go apps to facilitate seamless working, it still may not be a good idea to overload the phone with a lot of applications. While the expandable storage allows for a great number of applications to be installed, the RAM will still limit the capacity to run those apps conveniently. Now that you know all about the device, you can decide if this is the phone for you!
