Host Salman Khan has raised wages for the first time since joining the program, saying he wanted to cut wages this year to resume the show after an economic downturn caused by the crown virus.
He said he would be “very happy” with a small salary at home, so the unit should not be upset. “I am very happy to have cut it so that others can get paid,” said Abhishek Rege, CEO of Endemol Shine India, at the Salman launch event. During the conversation, Abhishek revealed that although the new normal was a small number of people, they did not release any employees.
“The new normal wants us to be a set of people, but we’re putting people in shifts. We will never reduce the number of jobs. We promise to pay the same number of people, even though their transfer deadline will be shortened, ”he said, noting that no pay cuts have been made to Bigg Boss.
