[BREAKING] Yuvraj Singh Announces His Comeback From Retirement

Not many players have such endurance as Yuvraj Singh. After the world cup, he fought against cancer, and in 2014 he got a chance to play in ODI. Although he was not in his form at that time again in 2017 he scored 157 runs. Even in the 2019 IPL season, he started well but MI captain doesn’t give him opportunities to play after 3 matches. Indian ODI team to be precise. Ever since he battled cancer and came out to play you can see all hopes were pinned on him. The pressure on him was too damn high. He was making changes in his batting style but it affected his batting too badly. He didn’t shine as vintage Yuvraj when the Indian team required him the most. We had Raina who was as good as anybody when it comes to t20. So, it could either be Yuvraj or Raina at that time.

One cannot risk himself picking up both Raina & Yuvi as Ravindra Jadeja & Akshar Patel who were pretty younger than Yuvraj and believed to be the best all-rounders. The internet has flooded with the comeback tweet of Yuvraj Singh. Yuvraj has posted on his social media handle about returning from retirement. He also told that he will be on the field from February 2022. Yuvraj made an announcement via his Instagram account and informed his fans that he will make his comeback in February 2022. Yuvraj Singh wrote “God decides your destiny !! On p, public demand ill be back on the pitch hopefully in February! Ain’t nothing like his feeling! Thank you for your love and wishes it mean a lot to me ! Keep supporting India, it’s our team and a true fan will show his or her support in tough times”. Dhoni hadn’t used him even as a bowler lately.

We can guess whenever he had played for India the glimpses of the last over of the t20 world cup final vs Srilanka was running in his mind. As a result, he was not able to deliver to the best of his ability when it required the most. A lot of fans feel bad for Yuvi. Yuvraj Singh is one of the most underrated cricketers. We can see what Adam Gilchrist told about Yuvi. “Cancer spoiled Yuvi’s Career otherwise he was all set to be the next thing in Cricket World.” This was 100% true. He is the one who played and won for the country without even considering cancer. He was one of the main reasons why India won two world cups, 2007 WT20 and the 2011 World Cup. Yuvraj Singh got chances and played some games, but was not able to continue what he did before cancer. The 2014 T20 World Cup was one of the worst times in Yuvi’s career.

Even after being in good form in the Ranji Trophy, he was not selected for the World Cup 2015. In the IPL, he still got picked for big amounts, for the RCB in 2015 and then SRH in 2016 but was still unable to chip in with a big season although he did play a brief vital role in SRH title victory. Yuvraj is a real fighter, both in the game and in life. All the cricket fans are waiting for a comeback of Yuvi to the Indian Team and play his best innings. After his announcement, fans are too much excited about it. We can hope that Yuvi will be in his best form after his comeback and make our country proud on international grounds. Yuvraj is known for being the best entertainer in India, everyone would be looking with big eyes when he enters into the ground for Batting.

Class, Stroke, Timing, and Style, are the best part of his batting. High bat lift, well-balanced shot, and a clock swing movement are eye-catching. Those were the golden era of Indian cricket. Yuvi was the biggest threat out of the entire team to all opponents. Along with Saurav Ganguly, he was the biggest and the best left-handed batsman in world cricket ever produced. Despite the consistency, power, commitment, and the player due to whom India lifted two World cups and who played major roles in all crucial matches, he was out of the team due to politics only. This legend could have easily made another 10 years to serve India because he was always indispensable to us. Yuvraj Singh retired from international cricket a few years back. He used to play franchise cricket all over the world. In the GT20 league, Yuvraj Singh represented Toronto Nationals.

Yuvraj Singh also played in Abu Dhabi T10 for the Maratha Arabians. Yuvraj Singh was last seen on the field in march 2021 when he played for the concern of road safety in the Road Safety series. So, if Yuvi wants to solidify his position in the Indian team he had to give his 200% in every aspect of the game. In case if Yuvraj is in form and confident, the match is just one Man Show. He’s no more the guy he used to be before he suffered from cancer. Ever since he has come back from cancer, there have been problems with his fitness. He’s struggled in almost every international comeback in the last couple of years. The same happened in the Asia cup n wt20, 2016 as well. However, we saw some confidence in the last IPL. He’s able to play the bouncer much better than he could do in the wt20.

    Yuvraj Singh Comeback From Retirement

Not just domestic bowlers, but he could also smash quality international bowlers like Tim Southee, Mitchell McClenaghan, and a few others. We all remember Yuvraj hitting those sixes quite clean. We wish our heartiest best to Yuvraj for his return on the ground. We saw some innovations in his shots as well. The most important thing was he’s timing Ball better than what he did in the recent past. If he can continue this run in the domestics, he surely can be in the team again. All he needs to do is convert them to a few bigger knocks. Even today age does not matter he has a good average in test cricket when he played that time India has the world’s best middle order, even he played with an average of 37 or 38. As per one report of msk prasad selection committee discuss his name in India and England test series selection which was held when he was in his form but due to the inconsistency of player from South Africa, west indies new Zealand series, the selection committee decided to go on with earlier players.

A lot of critics are suggesting that Yuvraj can be included if someone whose left-arm spinner may not be available. He can be a good option who can bowl 10 to 15 overs, but bcci is looking forward to developing cricket so they may not give chances to him. If they allow him then anyone can leave and play t20 leagues outside India and make a comeback in IPL, he will set a precedent, no player should be allowed to play in foreign leagues or it will kill IPL supremacy. Have IPL twice a year, rather than allowing players to participate in foreign leagues. Yuvraj is aging and he is struggling with his fitness and that’s not letting him gain his confidence back, he was one of the fittest players of his era, one of the greatest fielders in Indian cricket history. He along with Kaif had set a benchmark of fielding in the 2000 decade.

    Yuvraj Singh Comeback

We all know how much fitness is essential in the current era of cricket and face, Yuvraj along with S. Raina was out of the team because they both could not pass the Yo-Yo fitness test. Yuvraj is the only player who can bat very well against all bowlers in Australia, even McGrath also did not control him out him, cause Yuvraj has the ability to hit all bowling balls with the bottom of his bat. That was an era of Australian dominance in cricket but still, Yuvraj innings was a master class we can remember watching his match and later discussing his innings with our old schoolmates in class those were such a great day’s no Twitter no Facebook but life was really simple back then and great and cricket was not commercialized like now.
